For damaged, faulty goods, or missing parts:

If you have received a damaged, faulty product or missing parts, you can request a return or replacement within the product’s warranty period.

    • Send us an email with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return. Please include clear images or a short video showing the damage. Note that we cannot provide a refund or replacement for products that have been misused, mishandled, or incorrectly installed. Customers are expected to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and advice.
    • Our team will assess your request and respond with a resolution. If your return or replacement is approved, it will be processed within 3-4 working days.

Change of mind refunds/returns:

We do not accept change of mind refund/return requests for:

  1. Health and safety products.
  2. Opened packages.

You can only request a change of mind return within 14 days of receiving the item, and you must consult with us before initiating the return. Please do not send the product back without our prior approval. 

Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs for change of mind returns, and the initial postage fee will not be refunded. Upon receiving the package, we will refund the product price minus a 10% restocking fee to the original account.


All paid orders that are on backorder are eligible for a refund. You can request a refund for backordered items at any time.
